Flytime Fest, an annual multi-day festival in Nigeria, is a vibrant celebration of music, entertainment, and culture. Over the past 19 years, Flytime Fest has revolutionized the entertainment landscape in Nigeria and Africa, creating a dynamic platform for emerging talents, superstars, and legends to shine.

The festival has attracted a stellar lineup of artists, captivating audiences with performances by national stars like Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Fireboy, and Tems. Legendary figures such as Femi Kuti, P-Square, Flavour, Olamide, and 2Baba have graced the stage, along with international R&B icons like Boyz II Men, Mase, Ashanti, Ja-Rule, and Ne-Yo. Comedy heavyweights including Basket Mouth, Bovi, and Julius Agwu have brought laughter and joy to the festival.

Since 2019, we have had the privilege of partnering with Flytime Promotions to create extraordinary environmental branding assets that enhance the festival experience for all attendees. Our meticulous designs transformed every aspect of the venue, from the exterior fence to the parking areas, doors, walkways, bathrooms, concert hall, screens and experiential booths, ensuring a visually captivating ambiance.

For the 2022, we expanded our creative endeavours by crafting assets for various touch-points throughout the venue. From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in a world of captivating visuals, seamlessly integrated into the festival grounds.

Together with Mirus Events, we created an immersive and multi-sensory experience, providing festival-goers with interactive and engaging spaces for memorable interactions and photo opportunities. Additionally, we crafted designs for the newly introduced Flytime Market, featuring stands showcasing a diverse range of products and services, alongside food and drinks, catering to the desires of the diverse audience in attendance.
